Methods of production | |||
This product can be prepared by reaction synthesis of ammonia, amine chloride and dimethylamine as raw materials. Ammonia water and sodium hypochlorite were first sent to a one-step reactor for reaction to produce chloramine, and then the chloramine was sent to a two-step reactor for synthesis with dimethylamine aqueous solution to produce didimethylpone aqueous solution, and then the synthetic solution was sent to a series of rectifying towers for further distillation and rectification to remove excessive ammonia, dimethylamine and metaglidene, and the finished product was obtained after alkali was added to improve concentration and degas. | |||
